Welcome to Polymastr, the online and mobile platform provided by Gee Goo Gaa Corp., doing business as Polymastr (“Polymastr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the conditions for accessing and using our website, mobile services, software, and other offerings collectively referred to as the “Service.” By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Service.
Polymastr provides life coaching and educational services for personal development, including but not limited to 1-on-1 coaching, group sessions, bootcamps, courses, events, and other offerings. Some Services may be delivered by independent contractors acting on behalf of Polymastr. These services are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as healthcare, finance, or legal matters.

2. Use of Services
Scope of Services
Our Services include, but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify or add to our offerings. All Services are subject to availability and may be updated periodically.
License Scope
Subject to these Terms, Polymastr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Polymastr.
Independent Contractors
Some Services are delivered by independent contractors. Polymastr ensures these contractors meet our standards but is not liable for their actions beyond the scope of their engagement.

3. Confidentiality Agreement

Mutual Confidentiality: Both Polymastr and the client agree to keep shared information confidential. Personal data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.​

Exceptions: Confidentiality may be breached only when required by law or to prevent imminent and serious harm.
4. Client Responsibilities

Active Participation: Clients are expected to engage actively in the coaching process, complete assignments, and communicate openly.

Adherence to Scheduled Sessions: Policies regarding session cancellations and rescheduling include a 24-hour notice requirement. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee for the full session unless it is considered a reasonable circumstance.

Compliance: Clients must adhere to all behavioral guidelines outlined in these Terms and any supplemental agreements.

5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are between 16 and 18, you may use the Services with parental or guardian consent. Users under 16 are not permitted to access our Services.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
6. User Accounts
While account creation is optional, certain features may require a user account in the future. When creating an account:

Use strong passwords and maintain the security of your account.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or breaches.

You may not transfer your account or use another user’s account without permission.
7. Payment and Refunds
Payment Terms

Payments are required upfront for coaching packages, courses, and bootcamps.

Payment methods must be accurate, complete, and kept current. You are responsible for any fees or charges resulting from failed payments.
Subscription Terms
Polymastr reserves the right to introduce subscription-based services. Updates to payment terms will be communicated to users.
Automatic Renewal and Pre-Authorized Payments
By accepting these Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree that, if you purchase any of our products or services, we are authorized to use the payment information you provide for the associated charges. This includes, but is not limited to, one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, or other payment arrangements.

For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew on the same day of the month or year as your initial purchase date, unless canceled prior to the renewal date. The payment method on file will be billed for the applicable subscription fee at the then-current rate. You may manage your subscription and payment preferences, including cancellation, in the Manage Payments section of your Account Settings.

Please note that canceling a subscription will stop future charges but will not result in a refund of fees already charged. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains accurate and up to date to avoid any interruptions in service.
Payment Obligations
All information you provide in connection with a purchase or monetary transaction must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges and fees incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your purchases.

8. Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate your scheduling needs. If you need to reschedule a session or appointment:

Notice Requirement: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Requests received within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability.

Late Rescheduling: Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as a late reschedule and may incur a rescheduling fee or result in forfeiture of the session, at our discretion.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund.

Special Circumstances: For special circumstances and emergency events, Polymastr may provide the client the ability to reschedule at no extra cost.

Company-Initiated Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find a suitable alternative.

By adhering to this policy, we ensure fairness and the smooth operation of our services for all clients.
9. Refunds
At Polymastr, we aim to provide exceptional coaching and educational services to help you achieve your goals. We understand that individual circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness:
Coaching Packages and Courses
First-Session Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your experience after the first session of a coaching package, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the session. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email. First-session refund guarantees apply to all jurisdictions unless explicitly waived by the client.

Beyond the First Session: After the first session, refunds are not available for coaching packages or courses. Full payment is required for the entire package, even if you choose not to complete the sessions.

Pre-Paid Sessions: If you cancel pre-paid sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, we may offer a rescheduling option or account credit. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
Digital Products (e.g., Recorded Bootcamps, Recorded Courses, and E-Learning Tools)
Digital Product Refund Period: Digital Products are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase with no evidence of unauthorized use, copying, sharing or redistribution of the content. Exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues preventing access, in which case we will provide support to resolve the problem or offer a replacement.

Trial Access: Where applicable, trial versions or previews of digital products are available to help you make informed decisions before purchase.

Unauthorized use: By purchasing this product, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, as defined in our licensing terms. Unauthorized use, distribution, or duplication of the content is strictly prohibited.
Events and Workshops

Cancellation by the Client: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for a credit toward future events.

Cancellation by Polymastr: In the rare event that Polymastr cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another event.
Subscription Services

Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by managing your account settings. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not refund fees already charged for the current subscription period.

Pro-Rated Refunds: Refunds for unused portions of a subscription are not provided unless required by applicable law.
Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email at support@polymastr.com.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for purchase.

Users who receive refunds will lose access to all purchased content, services and products.

Refunds may be subject to processing fees or deductions for services already rendered.
Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

Polymastr reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, unforeseen personal circumstances). Documentation may be required for such requests.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond our control, such as lack of participation, failure to follow through with coaching assignments, or unmet expectations unrelated to the quality of our services.

Refund requests will be denied if evidence of unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the purchased content, service or product is identified.

Refund requests are submitted after 14 days from the purchase date.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or harm coaches, staff, or other users.

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse Polymastr’s proprietary content or systems.

Share copyrighted material or intellectual property without permission.

Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities.

Use any automated systems, such as bots or scrapers, to access our Services.

Users may not upload malicious software, impersonate others, distribute spam, or engage in activities that mislead or harm other users.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

11. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Polymastr Content
All materials provided through Polymastr’s website, applications, and services—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, software, frameworks, trademarks, and course materials—are the sole and exclusive property of Polymastr or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use Polymastr’s proprietary content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without Polymastr’s explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

User-Generated Content
By submitting, uploading, or transmitting content (e.g., videos, written materials, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other contributions) through Polymastr’s platforms, you grant Polymastr a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to:

Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your content in any format or medium now known or developed in the future.

Commercialize your content, including incorporating it into standalone or bundled products, without requiring additional compensation, approval, or notification.

Acknowledgments by Users:

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant Polymastr the rights described above.

You waive all moral rights (to the extent permitted by law) over your content, including the right to attribution and the right to object to derogatory treatment.

Polymastr reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove user-generated content at its sole discretion without notice.

By submitting content, you acknowledge that Polymastr may use, adapt, and monetize your content, including as standalone or bundled products, without additional compensation or notification.

Restrictions on Use of Polymastr Content

Users are prohibited from:

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code or proprietary algorithms from Polymastr’s software or services.

Copying, redistributing, or reselling Polymastr content or intellectual property for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Uploading or posting content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
Polymastr will actively fully enforce its intellectual property rights permitted by law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of proprietary content or user-generated content licensed to Polymastr may result in civil or criminal liability, including but not limited to claims for monetary damages, injunctions, and legal fees.

No Ownership Transfer

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Polymastr’s intellectual property to users. All rights, titles, and interests in and to Polymastr’s content, technology, and trademarks remain solely with Polymastr or its licensors.

Termination of License

Polymastr reserves the right to revoke a user’s license to access or use its content or platforms if the user violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.
12. Community Standards
Participation in our events, meetups, and communities requires adherence to our behavioral guidelines. Polymastr has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disruptive behavior. Violations may result in permanent removal from the platform and events.

Violations can be reported through [designated contact method], and Polymastr will investigate and respond within 30 days. Appeals for penalties may be submitted within 14 days of enforcement.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Polymastr. Polymastr does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third-party website from the Service, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and Polymastr’s Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites. You expressly relieve Polymastr from all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content.
Additionally, your dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on the Service, including payment and delivery of goods, and any other terms (such as warranties) are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that Polymastr shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers.
Polymastr conducts due diligence to ensure that third-party services comply with applicable privacy and security standards. However, Polymastr is not liable for breaches or failures by these providers.

14. Privacy and Data Use
Polymastr collects and processes your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to:

The use of third-party tools and services as part of our coaching and operations.

The use of AI tools, including generative AI, for generating learning materials, insights, and personalization of services. AI outputs are provided "as is" and Polymastr disclaims liability for inaccuracies or misinterpretations.

Receiving emails, newsletters, SMS, and other forms of communication, including promotional content. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in these communications.

The creation and maintenance of personalized learning profiles to track progress and tailor services to individual needs.
15. Security
Polymastr cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk. Polymastr employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for breaches beyond our reasonable control.
16. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polymastr is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

User actions or decisions based on coaching advice.

Service interruptions, third-party tool failures, or data breaches.

Our liability for direct damages is capped at the greater of (a) $500 or (b) the total fees paid for the service within the last 12 months, unless otherwise required by applicable law. This limitation does not apply to claims involving gross negligence, personal injury, or breach of privacy laws where such exclusions are prohibited by law.

Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polymastr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
17. No Warranty
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
18. Updates to Terms and Notifications
Polymastr may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" will be updated. Continued use of Services implies agreement to the new Terms. For significant material updates a notification will be provided on the website or through email.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Polymastr harmless from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of rights.
20. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Users must attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting info@polymastr.com. If unresolved within 60 days, users may pursue arbitration or small claims court.

Binding Arbitration
Arbitration will follow the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association (CAA). Class actions and jury trials are waived.
No Class Actions. Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Class actions are prohibited.
Arbitration Opt-Out
Users may opt out of binding arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by submitting a written notice to info@polymastr.com. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. Users may opt out within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms. Small claims court actions are permitted where applicable. The notice must include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a statement clearly indicating your intention to opt out of arbitration.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts unless subject to arbitration.

22. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with any amendments, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
23. Generative AI Terms

Polymastr’s AI tools are subject to the following restrictions:

AI outputs cannot be used for consequential decisions (e.g., legal, financial, or medical).

Outputs must not be misrepresented as human generated.

AI-generated content will not include specific disclaimers about its origin. Users are advised to use this content cautiously and responsibly, particularly in sensitive contexts.

AI-generated content is supplementary and not intended to replace professional judgment.

Generative AI tools are designed to supplement the learning experience and are not intended for consequential decisions, such as those involving legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. AI-generated outputs are marked as such, and users should validate the information with professional guidance when necessary.
